Self-regulation as a way to prevent professional burnout of teachers of higher education institutions

This article is devoted to the study of issues identifying optimal working conditions a teacher higher educational institution and significant characteristics style his activity (in particular, peculiarities self-regulation) allows us identify factors that prevent development professional burnout. The significance work also lies in possibility using results both process preventing burnout teachers, conducting scientific research on such topics. materials can become basis for work. In this regard, an experimental becoming relevant, purpose which influence individual pedagogical school teacher.
